When returning or sending a unit in for service never send in any cables, power supplies, stylus pens or any other accessories. They are impossible to track and will not be returned.
How to find your web portal?
First, try to see if you have a specific web portal for your company. You should already know if one has been assigned for you. A custom web portal will contain the company name as in your email address (john.doe@company.com). Try www.posdatacorp.com/company. If you are at a help desk the company is the end-user.
